Book Appointment

In our modern, always-connected world, digital eye strain is a daily challenge for many people. With hours spent on phones, computers, and tablets, it’s common to experience symptoms like tired eyes, blurred vision, and headaches.

At Clarity Eyecare in Surrey, BC, we’re excited to offer a new contact lens solution designed specifically for today’s screen-filled lifestyle: MyDay® Energys™ by CooperVision.

What Makes MyDay® Energys™ Unique?

MyDay® Energys™ are daily disposable contact lenses designed to reduce the impact of digital eye strain. What sets them apart is their innovative DigitalBoost™ technology, which provides a subtle enhancement in the lens power to ease eye fatigue associated with prolonged near work, like reading from digital screens. This helps your eyes shift focus more comfortably and reduces tiredness at the end of the day.

In addition, these lenses include Aquaform® technology for exceptional hydration and breathability, providing all-day comfort even during extended screen use.

Who Can Benefit?

MyDay® Energys™ are ideal for:

  • People who wear contact lenses and spend several hours a day on digital devices
  • Young adults and working professionals who are experiencing early signs of digital eye strain
  • Students juggling schoolwork, screen time, and social media

Whether you’re in your 20s or 40s, if digital fatigue is affecting your eyes, these lenses can help reduce strain and enhance your visual comfort.

What to Expect

With MyDay® Energys™, you can expect more relaxed vision during screen time, less squinting, and fewer end-of-day symptoms like eye fatigue and dryness. As a daily disposable lens, they’re also hygienic, convenient, and great for active lifestyles.
